The Gobert Integral canyon is a fairly sporty and technical canyon on both the sequence and the number of cascade reminders. Located in the heart of Cilaos, it allows a gentle approach to water and verticals ... It consists of 8 reminders (including one of 35m), a few jumps and a slide. This canyon is suggested during the rainy season and people with an apprehension of the void.

The 1st part of this canyon is also called Mini Gobert. Easy to access, at the level of the height and the progressiveness of the reminders, it is still a technique due to its cascade reminders which must be done on the feet and not as a reminder toboggan.
The parking lot is 2 turns after the path to Mafate (by the Taïbit pass). The dressing is carried out in the parking lot and then we access the canyon after 2 min of approach walking until the briefing of the 1st recall. Depending on the flow and/or envy, it is possible to make the reminders in the assets (in the cascade), or more easily outside the cascade (for the first 2 reminders of 15m and 20m).
This is a reminder of 23m in the compulsory asset, then a very beautiful and long reminder of aquatic slide of 22m. Depending on the latest cyclones, it is possible to go back to the left bank to make an optional jump from 7 to 8m at will.
Depending on the time, we can picnic before chaining on its full part. This begins with a slide (doable at will) and a 15m reminder. Depending on the seasons (cyclones/depth of the basins), we continue with a jump of 3 to 5m (optional) or a small reminder. We arrive in the key to the canyon: a big 35m reminder in the asset (or not)! Guaranteed sensations!
After a short reminder of 15m and 15 minutes of walking in the jungle, we take the GR path take up to go to the magnificent "Champs Elysées" in the Red Bras. There depending on the years, a jump of 6-8m is possible to do at will.

La remontée se fait par un petit sentier cabris (échappatoire), bien raide avec des passages à cordes où il faut s'assurer.
Cette montée ne demande pas d'effort cardio car on monte doucement, mais elle est physique car on tire autant sur les bras que sur les jambes.La fin de la marche retour se fait par l'arête faut y croire, ambiance varappe/montagne qui vous laissera au moins autant de souvenirs que le rappel de 55m ! L'arrivée se fait sur la route, à 200m des voitures.;
