What is canyoning?

The canyoning is an outdoor activity consisting of going down the bed of a conceded river, called canyon, alternating different progression techniques:
- Reminder on rope
- jumps in natural (always optional) basins
- Sliding on natural slides
- Live water swim
- Tyrolean, steps and de -escalades
Most canyons also require an approach march in the mountains and a return to a panoramic setting, in the heart of the luxuriant landscapes of Reunion.

Before each outing, a complete briefing allows you to adapt the progress to the group.
What material is provided for canyoning?

- Baudrier with lanes and descender
- Special canyon backpack (if necessary)
- Waterproof can for your belongings

- Bathroom
- Closed sports shoes with good sole (trail or hike)
- Water bottle (minimum 1 liter)
- Clothing and towel to change
Can we wear glasses?

Yes, but with precautions: Glasses with highly recommended support cord
- Avoid value glasses
- Possibility of storing them in a box slipped under the combination
- Single -use flexible lenses are also an effective solution
